Golfers Paradise

Located on what was once farmland in the 1800s, Silo Point Country Club
in Southbury, Connecticut is a private 18-hole championship course designed
by Al Zikorus and opened in 1967 (as Heritage Village Country Club). Silo Point
Country Club, a Par-72 course, plays to a comfortable 6241 yards and winds its way
throughout the Heritage Village community. Instead of designing straightaway
fairways, 16 of the 18 holes are majestically carved through the foothills and along
the Pomperaug River.

The Village Country Pro Shop and Clubhouse has been converted from the
original barn and silo. It features 15 foot cathedral ceilings, the original exposed
beams and a floor to ceiling picture window providing spectacular views.

Since being newly acquired in 2020, Silo Point Country Club has welcomed
more than 100 new members. The Club has seen one million dollars in capital
improvements inside and out including brand new locker rooms, a new 6,000
square foot grass range tee, significant cart path restoration and a complete bunker
renovation on the course.

Silo Point Country Club is truly a golfer’s dream. Beautiful course, beautiful
facilities and a variety of membership options. The good news – No Initiation Fee,
No Assessments and No Minimum Spending. For more information call 203-264-
8081 or visit www.silopointcc.com.
